Robert Franceschini is the chief technology officer of the National Security Sector at Leidos. In that role, he drives technology-based differentiation of offerings of the sector to the missions of our customers, including leveraging all sources of technology and developing the technical workforce.

Robert joined Leidos in 2001. Most recently, he served as the company’s Deputy Chief Technology Officer. He is a Leidos technical fellow, a past chair of the Leidos Technical Fellows Council, and a solution architect. He has served as a technical lead for projects across advanced technology development, training, modeling and simulation, and hardware/software systems manufacturing.
